On this exhilarating Southern African adventure, view stunning Victoria Falls and experience a thrilling safari in Botswana’s pristine Chobe National Park and Okavango Delta. Accompanied by expert safari guides, you will seek out Africa’s iconic wildlife including lion, leopard and elephant, and marvel at the incredible diversity of the lush Okavango Delta.
Journey Highlights
Arrive in Johannesburg, where you are met and transferred to your hotel, a short walk from the terminal building.

This morning make your own way back to the terminal and check-in for your flight to Livingstone, Zambia. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your beautiful lodge located on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, only a short drive from the world-famous Victoria Falls.
Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma | Meals: BLD
Your days are at leisure at Sussi & Chuma discovering the beauty of the Zambezi. Experience a guided tour of the Zambian side of Victoria Falls, a visit to Nakatindi village and the local school, a game drive in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, walking safaris, canoeing, fishing, or an early morning or sunset cruise on the river. Visits across into Zimbabwe to the visit the Zimbabwean side of the falls are also included. There are also a range of activities available at additional cost including whitewater rafting, helicopter flights over the falls, or a visit to Livingstone Museum.
Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma | Meals: BLD
This morning continue to Chobe National Park in Botswana to settle into your lodge for unparalleled panoramic views across the islands and floodplains of the Chobe River. This afternoon, set out on a river cruise or game drive that includes the opportunity to see elephants — a staggering 120,000 live in the park — along with impala, buffalo and possibly lions. Return to the lodge to relax in the comforts of your luxury accommodations and enjoy a freshly prepared meal. Later, drift to sleep, serenaded by the sounds of Africa, beneath a blanket of stars.
Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero | Meals: BLD
Set out on a game drive at sunrise to catch the animals at the start of their day, when they are most active. You may even glimpse a leopard returning from the hunt. Later, visit the park again for an afternoon drive or embark on a Chobe River safari cruise and watch for crocodiles and hippos, as well as elephants that come down to drink and play in the water. The park’s beautiful wetlands also lure a wealth of birdlife to the region, and you may glimpse many of the 460 species that either live here or migrate through, including raptors, vultures and waterfowl. When you return to the lodge this evening, revel in the comforts of your luxury accommodations, gather for dinner and share stories of your day.
Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero | Meals: BLD
Travel by light aircraft from Kasane into the heart of the Okavango Delta, the largest inland delta in the world. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure with a choice of activities, such as a seasonal ride by mokoro (dugout canoe) on the delta or a nighttime game-viewing drive, made possible in this private concession.
Sanctuary Stanleys Camp | Meals: BLD
Spend two full days exploring the Okavango Delta. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives on the grassy plains, mokoro excursions along the pristine waterways (seasonal), and guided safari walks in the company of an armed, expert guide, on the lookout for Africa’s smaller denizens among the unique flora.
Sanctuary Stanleys Camp | Meals: BLD
Following a morning game viewing activity, transfer to the airstrip for your onward flight to Maun, and then onto Johannesburg where your journey ends.
