Transfer to the airport after breakfast to meet your flight crew and begin your journey. Arrive in Medellín, Colombia and transfer to Elcielo Hotel, booked exclusively for your group. This evening, enjoy a cocktail reception with a guest speaker for a lively discussion on the resiliency and courage of Colombia in light of what the country has faced.
The following morning after breakfast, fly to Bahía Solano, located on the northern coast of the Colombian Pacific. Join a specialist to embark on a private boat expedition in search of humpback whales and gain insights into why these gentle giants visit Bahía Solano’s shores. Then head to a private beach for lunch, complete with a tasting of different varieties of viche, the emblematic liquor of the Colombian Pacific. Dine at your choice of one of A&K’s handpicked restaurants in Medellín this evening.

Fly to São Luis International Airport in Brazil, where you board a small aircraft for a scenic flight over the Lençois Maranhenses National Park Dunes to Barreirinhas, your home for the next three nights. Explore its incomparable landscapes of white sand dunes dotted with greenish-blue ponds of crystal-clear waters, stopping for a fresh seafood lunch. Later, enjoy sundowners and dinner with lively musical entertainment.

Continue exploring Brazil as you fly to Iguazú Falls. Its 275 massive waterfalls are divided between Argentina and Brazil and provide vastly different views and experiences depending on what side they are viewed from. This evening, if the sky is clear, enjoy the unique opportunity to explore the falls by moonlight.
The next morning, cross the Tancredo Neves catwalk toward the Argentine side, where you meet a small train that takes you through the park. The highlight of the tour is a stop at the very brink of the Devil’s Throat waterfall, the largest in the park. Tonight, gather for cocktails before dinner is served, complete with live Brazilian music.
Consider waking early for one last tour, gaining exclusive park access before regular operating hours and descending on a canyon trail for panoramic views of the more than 240 cascades.
Porto Preguiças Resort and Hotel das Cataratas, A Belmond Hotel, Iguassu Falls | Meals: BLD
Board your private jet this morning for the journey to Punta del Este in Uruguay, a land of beautiful beaches, woodlands and clear waters. Have lunch overlooking the Royal Range of the Andes, and then meet a genuine witch doctor, who tells your fortune by reading coca leaves.
