On arrival into Blenheim, meet your A&K driver and transfer by private vehicle to The Marlborough Lodge, a grand country estate offering beautiful accommodation in the heart of the world-famous wine region set amidst 16 acres of parklands and rolling vineyards. Your stay at The Marlborough Lodge includes full breakfast daily, a pre-dinner drink & canapés, before a multi course à la Carte dinner.

Today you embark on a full-day tasting tour of the Marlborough region, known for its extraordinary epicurean experiences. With a behind-the-scenes glimpse at a handful of the best boutique wineries, you’ll be able to taste award-winning local wines, while learning about the history of the region, the wineries, and the passionate vintners behind them. Enjoy an enhanced dining experience with a delicious two-course lunch, guided by culinary experts and paired to perfection with a stunning range of local grapes – all you have to do is sit back and savour the delightful gourmet spread.

Today is yours to explore this magnificent region at your leisure. You might choose to stay close to home, taking advantage of the onsite wine tastings, or a chef’s cooking demonstration, both showcasing flavourful epicurean delights (additional charge). Or take advantage of the included lodge bikes to explore a little further afield, immersing yourself in the surrounding landscapes.

Rise and enjoy breakfast before your journey continues, with a private transfer to Picton and the leisurely water taxi ride across to Bay of Many Coves and your luxury accommodation. Bay of Many Coves Resort is nestled amid a rolling landscape of untouched native bush overlooking the beautiful bay. Bathed in natural light, the spacious rooms offer warmth and luxury from which to take in uninterrupted views. Beautiful linens, lofty down pillows and beautiful natural toiletries all provide indulgent luxury.

The next two days are yours to explore this spectacular region at your leisure. While Bay of Many Coves is the ultimate sanctuary for relaxation, the spectacular location is best explored through some of the many activities on offer including kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming with the dolphins, exploring the world-famous Queen Charlotte Track, and setting out on a bush walk. For those with a penchant for a delicious local drop, consider a wine tour to get a taste of the incredible local offerings from surrounding wineries (at additional cost) or those looking to really unwind can indulge in a treatment at the Miritu Day Spa.
