The Amanpuri hotel was the first in Aman’s ultra-luxurious hotel empire. Nearly 30-years on it is still one of the best hotels in Thailand for a private, luxurious escape. The Beach Club serves moreish grilled and wood-fired snacks, and there's even a Peruvian Japanese fusion establishment, offering deliciously flavourful fare.
