The luxuriously furnished Chalet Suites feature king beds, spacious dressing room, en suite bathroom with double vanity and NZ amenities, complimentary in-room mini bar and a private deck with a spacious hot tub to relax in and soak up the magnificent views.
Chefs at Minaret use only the freshest local ingredients from Central Otago’s basin. In fact, the meat featured in dishes is sourced from Minaret Station’s own 50,000 acre working farm, whilst seafood is fresh from Stewart Island, the West Coast and Fiordland.
A range of activity options include a private helicopter tour of Fiordland, Mt Cook experience, personalised farm tour, hiking, backcountry fishing, heliski charter or a day trip to Dusky Sounds in the far southwest of the country.
