A member of Luxury Lodges of New Zealand, Fiordland Lodge is set in the World Heritage Fiordland, renowned home of the famous Milford and Doubtful Sounds. The lodge itself sits on a superb rural site with rolling grasslands and has commanding views out across Lake Te Anau. The airy architecture of the lodge reflects the vastness of the Fiordland National Park and echoes of the forest are found in the striking natural timber construction. In the lounge, a latticework of huge log trusses soars to over 10 metres and surrounds a large open fire, clad with local river stone. A maximum of 27 guests are accommodated in 10 luxurious rooms in the lodge and two separate self-contained loft-style log cabins as well as a new four-bedroom Owners Residence. Accommodation features king-size beds, well-appointed private bathrooms and superb views, and the decor reflects the beautiful Fiordland landscape, focusing on muted natural colours and textures.

Fiordland Lodge is an exclusive base for exploring this pristine area where snow-capped mountains, rivers of ice, deep lakes, unbroken forests and tussock grasslands produce a landscape of exceptional beauty.
